Nel quadro della propria missione statutaria, orientata all’assistenza delle persone vulnerabili e alla promozione dell’istruzione e della crescita culturale, la Fondazione San Giorgio Italia ETS intende contribuire a queste attività solidale in supporto al Patriarcato Latino di Gerusalemme.
Per sostenere concretamente questa iniziativa a sostegno della popolazione Cristiana in Terra Santa, nell’ambito del Giubileo Costantiniano organizzato dalla Real Commissione per l’Italia del Sacro Militare Ordine Costantiniano di San Giorgio, come abbiamo annunciato [QUI] la Fondazione San Giorgio Italia ETS devolverà al Patriarcato Latino di Gerusalemme i proventi netti della Cena di Gala di Beneficenza, che avrà luogo venerdì 25 aprile 2025 presso il Palazzo Taverna a Roma, alla presenza del Gran Maestro, S.A.R. il Principe Don Pedro di Borbone delle Due Sicilie e Orléans, Duca di Calabria, Conte di Caserta, Capo della Real Casa delle Due Sicilie, e della Famiglia Reale, alla vigilia del solenne Pontificale in onore di San Giorgio nell’Anno giubilare della speranza.
Nello spirito di solidarietà e di impegno, la Fondazione San Giorgio Italia ETS invita tutti coloro che desiderano contribuire a questa causa a partecipare all’evento, e sin d’ora rivolge un sentito ringraziamento ai Cavalieri e alle Dame del Sacro Militare Ordine Costantiniano di San Giorgio e a tutti coloro che con la loro generosità contribuiranno a sostenere le comunità Cristiane in Terra Santa.
Nella sua Nota augurale in occasione del Santo Natale 2024, il Presidente della Real Commissione per l’Italia dell’Ordine Costantiniano e Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione della Fondazione San Giorgio Italia ETS, S.E. il Principe Don Flavio Borghese dei Principi di Sulmona e di Montecompatri, Cavaliere Gran Croce di Giustizia, ha ricordato: «Nella Bolla di indizione Spes non confundit, il Santo Padre afferma tra l’altro che “questo Anno giubilare potrà essere per tutta la Chiesa un’intensa esperienza di grazia e di speranza“ ed è proprio al richiamo di San Paolo “la speranza poi non delude, perché l’amore di Dio è stato riversato nei nostri cuori per mezzo dello Spirito Santo che ci è stato dato” che ispiriamo i nostri sentimenti di ritrovata Fede, giorno per giorno».
Il Giubileo è un invito ad aprire la porta del cuore, la porta della casa di Dio, dove troviamo la nostra unione, che poi diventa solidarietà. L’Anno giubilare della speranza rappresenta un periodo di grazia in cui siamo chiamati a vivere la solidarietà e la speranza condivisa con coloro che sono nel bisogno, che poi sono gli elementi che trasformano il cuore dell’uomo.
Venti domande e risposte sul Giubileo Ordinario 2025, sul Pellegrinaggio Costantiniano Internazionale e sul solenne Pontificale in onore di San Giorgio Martire, nell’Anno Santo 2025 per i Cavalieri, le Dame, i Postulanti e gli Amici del Sacro Militare Ordine Costantiniano di San Giorgio.

In this Holy Year 2025, the Holy Father Francis has urged us to be pilgrims of hope. In following Jesus, Christians cultivate an unshakable faith in a better future and do not abandon hope, even when concrete circumstances are so adverse that they lead one to think, on the contrary, of the loss of all hope. With this spirit, the Fondazione San Giorgio Italia ETS joins the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem in supporting initiatives in favor of the Christian population in the Holy Land, so that they can receive the necessary support with hope for their future. The difficult economic situation in which many Christian families in the Holy Land find themselves makes access to essential resources, including education, which are fundamental for the future of new generations, increasingly difficult. In this context, support for concrete initiatives represents a fundamental contribution to giving hope to the Christian communities in the Holy Land.
As part of its statutory mission, aimed at assisting vulnerable people and promoting education and cultural growth, the Fondazione San Giorgio Italia ETS intends to contribute to these solidarity activities in support of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem.
To concretely support this initiative in support of the Christian population in the Holy Land, as part of the Constantinian Jubilee organized by the Royal Commission for Italy of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George, as we announced [HERE] the Fondazione San Giorgio Italia ETS will donate to the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem the net proceeds of the Charity Gala Dinner, which will take place on Friday 25 April 2025 at Palazzo Taverna in Rome, in the presence of the Grand Master, H.R.H. In the spirit of solidarity and commitment, the Fondazione San Giorgio Italia ETS invites all those who wish to contribute to this cause to participate in the event, and from now on extends heartfelt thanks to the Knights and Dames of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George and to all those who with their generosity will contribute to supporting the Christian communities in the Holy Land.
In his Greeting Note on the occasion of Holy Christmas 2024, the President of the Royal Commission for Italy of the Constantinian Order and President of the Board of Directors of the Fondazione San Giorgio Italia ETS, H.E. Prince Don Flavio Borghese of the Princes of Sulmona and Montecompatri, Knight Grand Cross of Justice, recalled: «In the Bull of Indiction Spes non confundit, the Holy Father states among other things that “this Jubilee Year will be an intense experience of grace and hope for the whole Church” and it is precisely at the call of Saint Paul “hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us” that we inspire our feelings of rediscovered Faith, day by day».
The Jubilee is an invitation to open the door of the heart, the door of the house of God, where we find our union, which then becomes solidarity. The Jubilee Year of Hope represents a period of grace in which we are called to live solidarity and shared hope with those in need, which are the elements that transform the heart of man.
